What we offer

The Private Island Retreat is a residential therapy only centre located on a 400 acre privately owned Island 44 miles east of Central London. An oasis of old world charm and tranquility awaits you.

We do not provide nursing, medical or personal care. We will facilitate any client who wishes to see their Consultant Psychiatrist or any other Medical Professional off of the Island by arranging transport.

For clients requiring detoxification we do provide medically assisted and supervised home detoxes through 1-1 Detox. This is a unique service which allows you to have a medically assisted detox in the privacy of your own home with a supervising clinical nurse specialist in attendance 24 hours a day.
